Ecosystem with leading partners) delivering cutting edge AI/Data/IOT use cases with ~10 global brands, delivering innovation and business value in the hundreds of millions. • > 13 years IT Mgt/Transformation: At BMW Group led the agile transformation&change of the entire EMEA IT-teams across >20 markets in regulated financial services environment leading to agile delivery of strategic global programmes, increased performance&cost reduction and state-of-the-art cybersecurity, whilst delivering the GDPR programme for EMEA and building up an innovative data & AI team leading to performance optimization in sales, marketing and product quality. • Enabled global brands (Audi/SEAT/Lamborghini/VW/BMW) to become indispensable through IT-strategy, high performance IT-teams delivering integrated digital, customer-centric IT and process solutions, for sales/wholesale/retail/AfterSales/and more incl. connected customer&car • Intercultural, empathetic and adaptable communicator with a growth mindset&diversity advocate having worked/studied in multiple countries incl.
