Gitta Blatt built her experiences on 25 years in HR leadership, working across digital and fast-moving industries at senior levels. As an internationally engaged HR Director, she leads change initiatives including business transformation, performance management, talent management and most important: cultural change programs. The focus varied between relevant growth management in startups, structural transformation, M&A integration, leadership coaching or cultural turn arounds.
